This rodeo is a double hitter. Master both ceviche and pao de queijo in this class with Brooklyn neighborhood favorite, Colonia Verde. Join Felipe Donnelly, chef and owner of Colonia Verde, as he takes us on a flavor tour of Latin America.
Colonia Verde opened its doors to the Fort Greene, Brooklyn community in 2014, offering up innovative pan-Latinx flavors and quickly becoming a summertime tradition with its Sunday Asado backyard barbeques. In this class, Chef Felipe will teach his take on the Peruvian classic, ceviche, followed by baking up Brazilian pao de queijo (cheese bread).
Felipe will be cooking alongside you in real time. You will be able to ask him questions directly and get feedback on your dishes.
