Fundraising Purposes: Comfort in Stitches purpose for fundraising is to raise money to purchase materials necessary for assembling our Comfort Boxes. Our Comfort Boxes contain numerous items which calls for numerous materials: yarn, stuffing, plastic eyeballs, crinkle paper, cardstock, ink, printer paper, flowers, stickers, and boxes. These materials are crucial towards fulfilling our mission, and we can expand our impact through more funds.

Our Comfort Boxes aim to ​bring warmth and joy to individuals ​facing challenges, brightening their ​lives as much as possible. Each stitch, ​crafted with care impossible to ​replicate by machine, symbolizes our ​commitment to spreading hope, ​healing, and love. One stitch at a time, ​we foster a sense of connection and ​support for those in need. 

What is a "Comfort Box": "Comfort Boxes" are the items in which our organization donates to orphanages, homeless shelters, and hospitals. Each Comfort Box contains a handmade crocheted stuffed animal, a handwritten letter of encouragement, an undying flower, and an animal card.
