Our Community Center Dance Class Program offers free, professionally instructed dance classes at the Mountain View Community Center, serving 25 to 30 youth ages 6 to 17 in each class.

This program fosters collaboration with community centers to deliver professional dance instruction in various styles to those who lack access to such opportunities. Our goal is to create an outlet that emphasizes creativity, positive energy, a safe community, emotional expression, and confidence building. We select community centers based on their suitability for reaching underserved youth populations. We strive to work with centers that share our mission of providing a safe and creative space for our youth.

The Backstage Foundation is dedicated to providing underserved and at-risk youth ages 6 to 19 with access to arts enrichment programs centered around dance and performing arts. The mission is to fund opportunities for youth development and core value training through dance education, self-expression, and involvement within a safe community. The vision is for every young person to have the opportunity to explore creative avenues, develop their skills, and be part of a community that promotes personal growth and the spirit of giving back.
