Connections Wellness Center Fundraiser

As we approach the end of the fiscal year ACT's Connections Wellness Center is in need of additional funding to ensure the holiday season is extra special for all of our deserving clients. Please consider a donation of any amount to help us reach our goal. Operated by AIDS Connecticut, a division of Advancing CT Together (ACT), Connections is a safe, supportive gathering place for individuals living with HIV. Services provided at Connections include medical case management, support groups, meals, nutrition counseling, periodic outings, and social activities.
