PLEASE NOTE AS OF 2pm MONDAY DEC 21, ALL PREPRINTED COPIES HAVE BEEN ACCOUNTED FOR. All orders after this date and time will be subject to a delay as we await a new shipment from our local printer. We expect a delay of 3-5 business days.
