Cookin' is returning to celebrate the New Year! Welcome back to jazz with Glenn and his pals plus Room at the Table supper and a complimentary cocktail to toast the joy of being together again. We'll have a full bar available, including bottles of wine for your table. Happy Holidays!

JASON PETERSON DELAIRE
Singer-songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Jason Peterson DeLaire hails from Minneapolis. He is part of the legendary Peterson musical family and was recently inducted into the MN Music Hall of Fame along with his grandmother, jazz mistress Jeanne Arland, his mother Linda, his omens Billy, Ricky, Paul and his aunt Patty Peterson.
Jason has already worked with such household names as Prince, Donny Osmond, Michael Bolton, Richard Marx, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, Oleta Adams, Bobby Brown and Alexander O’Neal. Currently he is touring internationally with Michael Bolton as a saxophonist, keyboard player and singer.
For this debut EP he called on musical colleagues such as The Braxton Brothers, Chris Camozzi, Oleta Adams, Jarrod Lawson and Lenny Castro
BILLY PETERSON
Billy Peterson is one of the most celebrated bass players in the world. His uncompromising talents as a performer, composer, arranger and producer have brought him widespread recognition. This world-renowned bassist is often compared to a chameleon because he can fill so many positions and because he is at home in rock, pop, R&B, soul, jazz, folk or country.
Peterson's contributions to the music scene are inestimable and his enthusiasm for the bass is stunning. He is permanently in-demand as a bassist and known for his work with Carlos Santana, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Prince, Les Paul and Steve Miller, among many other internationally acclaimed artists.
RYAN FRANE
Ryan has performed throughout the country as well as in Switzerland, Germany, Russia, Holland and France. Ryan has performed with the Green Bay Packers band and was a member of the Denver Nuggets house band. He has performed locally with the Big Time Jazz Orchestra, Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra, Arrowhead Chorale, Lake Superior Youth Chorus and many others including his own small groups. Ryan's most recent trio recording entitled "People We Know" features all original compositions with the exception of one standard. Also, Ryan has backed or performed with many musicians including The Mills Brothers, Jimmy Dorsey Orchestra, Bobby Vinton, Steve Lippia, Tom Harrell, Wes Anderson, Rex Richardson, Ingrid Jensen, Jim Snidero and many others.
GLENN SWANSON
Glenn's studies of music, science, technology and Buddhism combine in an effortless mastery of time and tone. At an early age, Glenn became one of the Twin Cities’ leading drummers in both live venues and the studio. He was a staff drummer at Creation Audio and worked with Minneapolis’ leading recording icons, including Herb Pilhoffer and Chris Moon. He co-authored, “Behind the Shades” with Sheila Raye Charles (daughter of Ray Charles) and produced and toured Japan with Sheila.
In 2010 he worked with Pippi Ardennia and co-founded PipJazz Foundation, a program that mentors talented jazz youth. Glenn is currently the Artistic Director for OACC.
