Did you know less than 3% of young adults have access to discover and develop their unique purpose in Christ. However, according to *Barna, 67% of Gen Z and 69% of Millennials are open to the churches help in career development!

This means that young adults are not connecting their work life and future career to their purpose and value in Christ. As a result, many lack vision and wisdom on how to make an impact for Christ with their work and how to share their faith openly.

You can impact young adults to pursue their career with excellence and advance the gospel in their callings. The vast majority of Jesus following young adults will not go into full-time occupational "ministry" and yet we are all called to be ambassadors for Christ in every industry. The CoPassion Journey provides the curriculum, Christian community, and space for deep transformation in partnership with the business leaders, the Church at large, and various churches in Northeast Florida.

Join us in raising up a generation right here in Northeast Florida who confidently know who God made them to be and what He made them to do so the world can experience the redemptive love of Jesus!

What is the Journey?

There are four distinct stages; preparation, kickoff, weekly meetings, and celebration. The Journey has 8 weekly sessions designed for spiritual growth with other young adults while developing professionally in Christian community. It is for all 18-29 year-olds. Each cohort is about 8-12 students and is facilitated by a certified coach that covers spiritual, professional and missional topics with a context and commitment to the local church. In the end, each student will grow closer in their relationship with God, be able to confidently articulate their unique calling in Christ, and live out their faith with more intentionality.
