Corvallis Softball

50 years ago, in 1974, The first Little League Softball World Series was held at Stalling Stadium, in Greenville, NC. 20 years later, in 1994, Corvallis Little League was chartered. Since then CLL has been helping our area's youth learn valuable life lessons while experiencing the joy and traditions playing ball in Little League has to offer. As an all volunteer nonprofit, our organization operates on sponsorships, registration fees, and donations.

Our softball program is healthy and growing after combining forces with Mid Valley Softball. Our 2024 season has 140 players from Corvallis, Albany and the surrounding areas at the T-Ball, Minor, Major, and Junior levels, traveling throughout the Willamette Valley playing games. In 2023, the 2nd year in a row, we fielded 4 "All Star" Little League Tournament Teams. Our 9-10-11, Major, and Junior teams won their respective divisions and went on to compete at the State Tournaments. We launched a Fall sofball program in 2023 and fielded 3 teams at the Minor and Major levels.

This year, on our 30th annivesary, we are celebrating with our largest Opening Day Celebration and are raising funds needed to continue to offer our softball players the best learning experience ever. These funds will help us offset the costs of rising insurance, purchase much needed new equipment, continue to make field improvements, and offer scholarships to familes in need.
