This campaign aims to raise $30,000 for CoSIR - Community Support Initiative for Refugees - which will fund their operations fully for two full years.

CoSIR provides emergency resources to LGBTQIA+ refugees in Nairobi, Kenya. In addition to meals, a roof over their heads and immediate personal safety, CoSIR helps their community with healthcare, sex education, and economic empowerment resources.

These exiled refugees are from all over east Africa, including Ethiopia, Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda, Tanzania, Somalia, Eritrea and more. They are making the most of terrible situations, and they have hope. They have hope for a better future for themselves and the planet. They are the type of people we need in order to heal this world.

Please DONATE and SHARE this campaign to help provide valuable emergency housing, food, counseling and social rehabilitation resources for LGBTQIA+ refugees who are fleeing violence and persecution at home. CoSIR is a lifeline for exiles escaping the worst possible situations, people who are trying to find safety, stability and community as their world falls apart.
