Circle of Care Counseling Services

Self-pay Counseling Clients:

Please use this form to pay online for your counseling session.  You can pay for one session by clicking the $70 button, or pay for multiple sessions by inputting your custom amount ($70 x number of sessions).  Once you have completed the payment, you will receive a payment receipt via email, and Circle of Care will receive notification of your payment.  Thank you for allowing us to provide counseling services to you.
