During the "How To: CPET Basics" session at HFSA's 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting, 3 volunteers will demonstrate a test on the bike, and they will be “competing” for best age-adjusted VO2 max with participants “betting” on the patients. Proceeds will go to the the Heart Failure Research Foundation, which works to improve patients' lives by reducing the burden of heart failure through the advancement of scientific knowledge and promotion of breakthrough research.
The Foundation is a program of the Heart Failure Society of America (HFSA), with HFSA covering the administrative costs so 100% of your donation supports research. HFSA members and volunteers include physicians, scientists, nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, physician assistants and patients.
