Staff Appreciation Week 2026

May 11th – 15th

Here in Carlisle, we know it truly takes a village—and we need your help to make this week extra special!

To celebrate the amazing individuals who make CPS such a wonderful place, we’re asking for support from our community through donations of time, funds, or items. 

Here’s what we have planned:

• Monday: Stock the Lounges - Help us fill the staff lounges with snacks, treats, and drinks for everyone to enjoy throughout the day.

• Tuesday: Coffee Cart - Latte Boston will be on-site serving unlimited coffee and specialty drinks.

• Wednesday: Lunch Celebration - Lunch will be provided by Wagon Wheel in Lexington, along with a variety of sides and desserts. Sign up here to volunteer or supply a side/dessert.

• Thursday: Sweet Surprises - Personalized treats will be delivered to staff mailboxes.

• Friday: Weekend Kickoff - Staff will receive gift cards to Kimball’s to start the weekend on a sweet note! We will also decorate the plaza with sidewalk chalk, to show our appreciation for our AMAZING staff.

Every contribution—big or small—helps us show our appreciation in a meaningful way. Thank you for supporting our incredible staff! 💙

The Carlisle PTO is a 501(c)(3) organization, #046 130 387. Please print a copy of the confirmation email for your records. 

Any remaining funds from Staff Appreciation Week will go to the Carlisle PTO to support curriculum enrichment programs and faculty and staff grants.
