A Reflection of Me, Inc.'s Team is excited to announce that on Saturday, August 12, 2023, we will be hosting an art supply and backpack give away event for underserved kids in Miami-Dade County.

The purpose of this drive is to encourage young people to unleash their creativity throughout the school year and beyond. By providing them with essential art supplies and backpacks, we aim to equip them with the tools they need to express themselves artistically and succeed academically.

To make this event a success, we are reaching out to generous donors like you to request a donation of funds or art supplies and backpacks. Your support will directly contribute to creating a positive and nurturing environment for these children, fostering their artistic abilities and empowering them to reach their full potential. Donation drive until August 9th.

Specifically, we are seeking the following donations:

Art Supplies: Donations of art supplies, including but not limited to markers, colored pencils, paints, sketchbooks, scissors, glue sticks, clay, playdoh, and drawing materials, would be greatly appreciated. These supplies will help nurture the artistic talents of the children and encourage their creativity.
Backpacks: We kindly request donations of new backpacks suitable for elementary and middle school-aged children. A sturdy backpack will serve as a practical and symbolic tool, representing the journey of education and personal growth.
Funds: Financial contributions will enable us to purchase art supplies and backpacks in bulk, ensuring that each child receives a well-equipped backpack filled with the necessary tools for artistic expression and academic success. We estimate that a donation of $25.00 would significantly impact the number of children we can support.
