With all going on in the world, it is especially difficult to ask for donations for any one organization, or any one cause. Yet here I am, asking for your support.

I’ve known Cristosal for over a decade and have watched it grow and evolve over that time into what I consider to be the premier regional human rights organization in El Salvador, with important and emerging work in Honduras and Guatemala.

In 2023, I joined Cristosal’s board of directors, and am honored to have been elected to serve as the Board President in 2024. Please join me in supporting the work of these courageous and effective human rights defenders – at any level at which you are able. I’d love for you to be part of our network of supporters.

In an increasingly authoritarian regional landscape, a contribution now will provide much-needed flexibility to an organization fighting on the frontlines in defense of core values of human rights and democratic.
