Crooked Tree Arts Center (CTAC) is a community arts organization committed to providing quality and unique arts experiences for Northern Michigan residents and visitors. Through fine art exhibitions, lectures, workshops, art fairs, dance and music programs, concerts, and more, CTAC inspires and enriches lives through the arts.

Wow. What a year! 2020 will be forever associated with the word “unprecedented.” Unprecedented times, uncertainty, and hardship.

At Crooked Tree Arts Center, we will remember 2020 as a year of unprecedented creativity of our staff and unprecedented generosity of devoted arts supporters like you!

This year’s pandemic has presented a challenge for arts organizations worldwide, and we were no exception. In response, we turned our living rooms into concert halls, stages, and art studios to keep the much needed creative spirit and personal connection in our community alive.

We couldn’t have done it without you! Words can’t describe our gratitude.

But the pandemic is not over. The arts in your community still need your help.

CTAC staff hours have been reduced. Our fundraising opportunities have diminished. Our revenue streams decreased by 35%. Although, even with our efforts to adapt and move forward, we must still raise $70,000 by December 31st to continue serving our community and safely resume our 2021 programming. We are certain that, with your help, we will meet this goal and start 2021 strong!

Your gift can accomplish the following:

$250 gift will buy art supplies for 1 month of free programs for youth and family
$100 gift will provide an art class scholarship for one child in need
$50 gift will sponsor one virtual art class for community members of all ages

With your donation, your neighbors will continue to have a safe place to gather, learn, and create during this difficult time.
