Visalia Navigation Center

A generous gift of $10, $25, $50, $100 can positively impact the lives of many who are experiencing homelessness in our community.

The Visalia Navigation Center (VNC) is a Low-Barrier Navigation Center (LBNC) that will have service-enriched living quarters focused on guiding residents into permanent housing. The VNC is committed to providing wraparound support services for individuals experiencing homelessness, which encompasses employment training, access to public benefits, healthcare, substance abuse and mental health services, and connections to permanent housing opportunities.

Our community has a housing crisis.

According to a recent survey, there are an estimated 990+ individuals in Tulare County experiencing homelessness, and an estimated 540+ unhoused individuals in Visalia alone.

The VNC will provide temporary housing for single individuals as well as private spaces for families experiencing homelessness. The VNC will have onsite staffing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Office space will be provided for several agency partners, including the Kings/Tulare Homeless Alliance, Tulare County Behavioral Health, and CSET employment services. On-site resources will include beds, showers, laundry facilities, meals, phone/mail services, animal kennels, storage space, and parking for residents.

Thank you in advance for your support!
