2025 Cuesta Vocal Jazz Festival Trip

Dear Vocal Jazz parents:

As you have seen on the calendar, Valencia Vocal Jazz will be attending their annual trip to the San Luis Obispo area from Thursday, November 6, 2025 – Saturday, November 8, 2025 to attend the Cuesta Vocal Jazz Festival at Cuesta College.

The students will perform on Friday and then receive a clinic from Vocal Jazz adjudicators. This will include instruction on how to approach improvisation / phrasing and much more.

On Thursday, November 6, the students will leave Valencia and head to SLO. The group will then proceed to the SLO Farmers Market and surrounding areas of Pismo Beach (dress warmly). We will also be going bowling. It should be a very educational trip with fun included. : )

Each student’s contribution/fundraised portion is $220 which includes hotel stay with full breakfast on Friday and Sat Morning, Bowling Thursday night, and tickets to see New York Voices on Friday night.
