Cumberland River Homes is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Salem, Kentucky that provides services to individuals with disabilities through Kentucky’s SCL and Michelle P waiver (MPW) programs.
Our services focus on empowering participants in making informed life choices, increasing independence, and maintaining natural support networks in their local community. Our services include conflict free Case Management, Residential Services (Staffed Residence/ Residential I or SCL Residential Level 2), Community Living Support (CLS services), Respite, Positive Behavior Supports, Supported Employment, Adult Day Training programming (ADT), Personal Assistance, Community Access, and Homemaker Services.
