We are having a competition involving the CrossFit Total & The Beer Mile to help with Jesse's surgery expenses! Jesse was competing in the Rocky Mountain State Games USAPL Powerlifting meet. He set a new personal record in Back Squat at 227.5kg (501.5#). He set a new meet personal record in Bench Press at 147.5kg (325.0#). He opened his Deadlift at 235kg (518#). While doing his second Deadlift at 250kg (551# & his current personal record), he ripped his bicep. He ended up getting first in the 120kg weight class, despite his injury.  Unfortunately, he had to have surgery to repair the bicep on 9 August. Jesse has been one of the CrossFit WatchTower pillars of our community. In return, we would like to support him to get back to the Powerlifting platform. #curlsforjesse
