At Christian Women’s Job Corps of Marshall County, we believe every woman deserves the opportunity to build a brighter future—one filled with confidence, dignity, and hope. CWJC is a faith-based program that provides practical job training, emotional healing, and life-on-life discipleship, all at no cost to participants.

For 12 weeks, women in our community receive essential support, including:

• Free lunch during sessions

• Access to our clothes closet

• Childcare for their young children (5 hours, 3 days per week)

This program removes critical barriers, allowing women to focus on personal and professional growth. More than just a program, CWJC is a life-changing experience where women discover their identity in Christ and gain the skills needed to step into their God-given purpose.
