Story
Your
Annual Fund donation will change kids lives by helping the Aviation Museum open up
pathways to careers in aviation and aerospace. We're cultivating
tomorrow's skilled workforce throughout 2023 with education outreach in schools,
our student plane-building program, a brand new summer aviation camp,
and more.
About donating: The Aviation Museum of N.H. is a 501(c)(3) organization, so all donations are tax-deductible.
About fees: To avoid credit card processing fees, we encourage donations by check. To do that, hit "DONATE" on this page and then select payment by check. Make the check out to "Aviation Museum," put "Annual Fund" in the notes field, and mail it to the Aviation Museum of N.H., 27 Navigator Road, Londonderry, NH 03053.
More about us: The past year saw the Aviation Museum of N.H. achieve several milestones. With the pandemic largely in the rear view mirror, we're back out in the community and welcoming visitors to the museum.
Our first student-built plane, a two-seat RV-12iS aircraft assembled by high schoolers at the Manchester School of Technology, was completed and made its first flight in August. The program's second plane is now underway.
Also, we hired Debbora Losch as our full-time education director, who has already begin inspiring young people to find pathways to pursue careers in aviation and aerospace. She's especially eager to connect with people historically underrepresented in the field, meaning women, minorities, members of low income families, and young people with no relatives in the business.
It's an exciting time for our organization—and we need your help through the Annual Fund to keep the momentum going. Our goal is to raise $20,000 for the 2023 Annual Fund, and every donation of any size counts.
A life in aviation has to start somewhere. If it's to start through the Aviation Museum of N.H., then it starts with you. As a non-profit, we depend on individual contributions such as yours to carry out programs all year round that introduce young people to the magic and science of flight.
Remember, our efforts do not produce immediate results. Rather, our programs are a long-term investment in creating tomorrow's skilled workforce for the region. Thank you for your support and please give generously. Â
A positive experience at an early age combined with open access to a community of knowledgeable volunteers and mentors could evolve into a lifelong love of aviation, or even a highly fulfilling career. Your donation, either online or via check, will help us change kids' lives by creating pathways to pursue careers in aviation and aerospace.
You will indeed help us help kids fly!
