The Armada Area Historical Society is conducting its first ever raffle, our "Historical Cash" Holly Days Raffle.
We're trying to sell enough tickets to have a 1st Prize of $5,000, 2nd Prize of $2,500, and 3rd Prize of $1,000.
If 1,500 tickets are not sold, the drawing will revert to a 50/50 drawing, still with 3 prizes drawn, with a minimum of $500 awarded. No more than 2,000 tickets will be sold.
Each ticket is $10.
We are committed to holding a physical raffle drawing on December 7, 2024, during Armada's Holly Days festival. The drawing will be held between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. You do not need to be present to win. You must be 18 to purchase a ticket.
Because of our commitment to a physical drawing of ticket stubs, we will process your online donation by manually entering your name, address, and phone number onto an available unsold ticket(s). This will be scanned and sent to you by email. The ticket stub(s) with your information will be placed with all of our other sold ticket stubs for the drawing on December 7. Please allow up to 3 days to process your ticket(s) in this manner.
Raffle proceeds will be for the AAHS general fund to further its efforts of historical preservation and education for the community. This drawing is held under authority of the State of Michigan Bureau of State Lottery Charitable Gaming Commission's Large Raffle License Number R76515 issued to the Armada Area Historical Society.
Special thanks are extended to our ticket sponsor Yarbrough Insurance Group, LLC.
