We are K Bueno LLC, a small family-run popup restaurant. We serve authentic Cuban cuisine. Originally from Miami, FL, a lot of our recipes were handed down from our grandmothers. Food is our passion. The satisfaction we receive from watching people try our food for the first time is why we do what we do.

This coming summer, we will be adding a full-time family employee to our team. Our youngest son, who is now 18 and graduating high school, will be joining the business. He has seen us build this business from the ground up, and it gives us such pleasure knowing we are building something fantastic for him to take over one day.

Our customer base has become increasingly bigger, and some of our customers live a few hours away. We want to expand so we can offer some of our more popular items, like our amazing empanadas, in stores and coffee shops around Michigan. To do that, we need funds. That's where you come in. Any donation, small or big, helps. We are looking for funds to purchase equipment and allow us to expand our reach in the great state of Michigan.

We are currently based out of Chelsea, MI, where we rent a small kitchen and serve all the wonderful people in the area and beyond. At this time, our menu and reach are limited due to equipment, space, and storage. We appreciate any and all help. Thank you for supporting our business and dreams.
