ABOUT US

Founded in 1939 as a rehabilitation program for people recovering from tuberculosis, Lanakila Pacific has evolved to achieve its mission through uniquely integrating programs, social enterprises, and employment opportunities for the more than 2,000 community members it serves.

We offer two assistance programs aimed to provide seniors and individuals with disabilities the support they need to live empowered and inspired lives.

Lanakila Meals on Wheels: Oahu's largest and only island-wide meal provider for seniors and individuals with disabilities, offering nutritious meals, virtual and in-person socializing opportunities, and digital literacy classes.
Lanakila Disability Services: Provides life and personal development skills, builds confidence, and expands life experiences through its Teaching & Learning Centers; promotes financial independence through job training, placement, and employment through our Employment Services program.

In addition to our assistance programs, Lanakila Pacific operates three social enterprises. These ventures offer products and services for wholesale and retail markets while providing vocational training and employment for individuals with disabilities.

Lanakila Custom Products: Our full-service commercial print shop specializing in high-quality screen-printing and embroidery.
Lanakila Kitchen: Our food service division that prepares meals for Lanakila Meals on Wheels, schools, adult daycares, and community programs, produces baked goods sold at local retailers, and offers catering services.
Lanakila Grounds Services: Our full-service contract provider of professional grounds maintenance services for commercial and government facilities.
