Across Maine and Kenya, Wounded Healers International creates spaces where survivors of sexual and domestic violence can heal, speak, and rebuild their lives.

Our programs support African women, immigrant survivors, and young people through:

• Healing Circles & Movement Classes – mindfulness, yoga, and community gatherings that help survivors feel safe in their own bodies again.

• Youth Empowerment through Sports & Theater – boys and girls using soccer and storytelling to challenge violence and model respect.

• Economic & Leadership Opportunities – training, education, and support for young mothers and community leaders to rebuild their lives.
