Here at BlueFeather Horse Sanctuary and Misfit Mustangs we rescue and provide lifelong sanctuary to horses in need. We are Fundraising to pay down our current hay bill so that we can order another two tractor trailer loads before Winter. We MUST pay down the bill to zero before we can order more hay. We are down to just two weeks worth of hay so we REALLY NEED YOUR HELP.

We order our hay through Adenbrook Hay Sales, they help us find gay at the best price and arrange hauling. This saves us in the long run. We feed 100-150 bales a month depending on weather and weight of the bales. With winter headed our way we will be closer to the 150 a month. 

We greatly advocate for the adoption of American Mustangs, as well as have a therapy program in the works for anyone who may benefit from Equine Therapy. Mustangs will be the main focus of horses in the Therapy program. We currently have 8 mustangs from Nevada HMA's that will be a large part of our Therapy Program. In total we currently have 23 horses in our care. 

BlueFeather Horse Sanctuary and Misfit Mustangs was established to provide a permanent home to unwanted, abused and abandoned donkeys, horses and other animals. As well as owner surrenders, we absolutely understand that times are hard on many people, and we are glad they make the choice to surrender. 

When an animal arrives here at BlueFeather we assess their condition and begin the process of rehabilitation.

When needed, we join forces with local law enforcement, animal control, veterinarians, and other rescue organizations. We love working together for the sake of the animals. It's a team effort!
