At NCL, our members actively engage with over 6000 philanthropy partners to empower young women to positively impact their local communities through hands-on philanthropy work. Over 200,000 NCL Members served more than 3 million volunteer hours and have made a $92 million fiscal impact in the 2022-2023 year. We seek to make a meaningful and positive impact by understanding the unique needs and challenges of the communities we serve.
