Welcome! 🚗💦 Thanks for stopping by! We’re Special Needs Cobb, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Marietta. We own and maintain 23 residential group homes for special needs adults in Cobb County. We serve families and across the region who would otherwise fall through the cracks in our healthcare and social services systems because of the lack of affordable, safe care for loved ones with developmental, physical, and intellectual disabilities. Additionally, 43% of our residents have no family connection. We are their home for life.

Today, we’re proud to partner with Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Kennesaw for Charity Day! 50% of the proceeds from the Kennesaw location will support our mission. The rest will benefit Annandale Village, another great cause supporting individuals with special needs!
