What is a DAF? Donor Advised Fund holders have made a donation to a fund and received the tax deduction at the time of the donation. The DAF holds the funds until the account holder distributes the funds to their charities of choice. According to the DAFdayCLT website, more than $326 Billion in funds have yet to be distributed to charities through Donor-Advised Funds nationwide.

If you have a DAF, please consider supporting the Matthews HELP Center and our local neighbors who are struggling right now. They are facing eviction, utility disconnection, and have nowhere else to turn but the Matthews HELP Center for support. You can be the changemaker. Your gift can prevent families from becoming homeless and save lives. We know this to be true, and we have seen it happen thanks to those who care.

Thank you.
