Dharma Buddies will be hosting our annual Meditation Retreat at Sahale on the Kitsap Peninsula beginning with dinner on Thursday September 28th and running through lunch on Sunday October 1st. Please consider joining us. We will carpool to the Retreat Center. This year's theme is Going Within: Deepening our Practice. It will be a combination of walking and sitting meditation with free time for self reflection and relaxation. There will be readings and time for discussion. The cost for the three days is $265 including lodging and all meals. We will not have the monks with us this year, but it will be an opportunity to be in person with your fellow Dharma Buddies in a lovely setting with a river and woods, and probably Salmon spanning once again.
