A proud native of Lake City, SC, Cara Singletary is a product of this beautiful community, graduating from Lake City High School in 2005. This foundation led Cara to Clemson University, where a passion for technology blossomed into a degree in computer engineering in 2011. Now an expert in web development and mobile device management, Cara is driven by a desire to utilize these skills to empower organizations. Recognizing the importance of guidance and support for young people, Cara founded Dare 2 Be DEAF in 2014. Beyond the world of technology and non-profit work, Cara enjoys the constant pursuit of learning, exploring new cultures through travel, and expressing creativity through dance.
