Debt-Free Futures Phase I
Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far!! Our goal of raising $2 million to pay off the acquisition loan has not changed but we recognize that this is super ambitious. So for a Phase I of Debt-Free Futures, we are seeking to raise at least $800,000 by June 2025 to bring down our interest and to pair with an $1.2 million long-term bank loan (the maximum amount of debt we can get based off the annual income of the housing co-op). We have updated our campaign goal to match that $800,000 target.
