Delt Sig Spartan - SPARTAN 300 DONATIONS (Chapter House Renovation Fund)

Join fellow Delt Sig Spartan ALUMNI in supporting the Alpha Pi Chapter of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity at Michigan State University.

For nearly a century, Delt Sig Spartan Brothers have called 1218 E. Grand River Avenue home. It remains the premiere property in East Lansing, and a beacon of BROTHERHOOD - LEADERSHIP - EXCELLENCE at Michigan State and throughout the country.

We need you, Brother, as there are significant challenges to preserving and improving our 90+ year old Chapter House, Doll House and surrounding property. We face increased scrutiny from ever-changing East Lansing housing code requirements, the constant threat of surrounding development, changes in Greek live-in culture, increased insurance premiums, higher costs of contractors/building materials, as well as mandatory 2-year dorm requirements and other obstacles from the University.

We are challenging our Alpha Pi Chapter Alumni to rally together as a Brotherhood - securing 300+ Alumni donations over the next 3 years. Together, we can make that dream a reality, and position Delta Sigma Phi at Michigan State as THE beacon of BROTHERHOOD, LEADERSHIP and EXCELLENCE long after we are gone.

Your donation will help maintain and upgrade facilities, refresh individual bedrooms, update electrical, upgrade plumbing, repair roofing, beautify our landscaping, modify common areas and more - ensuring that Delta Sigma Phi Brothers can enjoy a premier living, learning and social environment along the banks of the Red Cedar for years to come.
