The mission of the Delta Care and Scholarship Funds is to help Delta Air Lines employees, dependents, survivors, and retirees with assistance in form of grants and scholarships per our guidelines. To educate and promote to employees through communications and fundraising events. To extend scholarship funds by building college partnerships and increasing matching programs. Conduct periodic reviews of grant processes to ensure we are meeting the needs of the current atmosphere.
