The library just has a way of making your day.

From children's storytime to senior book club, there is something for everyone at the library. Some folks depend on their branch for recreation or to complete research for a school assignment. Others may walk through the doors to pick up a new language, research their genealogy, or utilize internet and computer resources to apply for a job. While these services are always free to patrons, there is still a cost to provide them. It takes a whole community to ensure the Louisville Free Public Library has the resources it needs to help every citizen reach their full potential.
