Dress for Success Central Virginia believe's that a job is just the beginning. True economic independence comes when women have the opportunity to grow, upskill, and advance in their careers. That’s why we are thrilled to introduce our newest initiative: The Career Advancement Fund.

This fund will provide scholarships and microgrants to help women in our Career Center and Professional Women’s Group programs pursue certifications, return to school, attend professional development trainings, and gain access to the tools they need to reach their full potential.

Many of the women we serve are ready to take that next step—but cost remains a barrier. With your partnership, we can help women:

• Earn career-boosting certifications (e.g., Google IT, CNA, CompTIA, PMP)
  
  

• Enroll in college or vocational programs
  
  

• Access transportation, technology, or materials that support their advancement
  
  

Your contribution—whether $100, $500, or $1,000—will go directly to a woman ready to level up her career and change the trajectory of her life and her family’s future.
