Empowered women have no specific guidelines. There's no rule book with an index to refer to. Our experiences are so individualized. But we all share the freedom to create something new. Empowered people recognize that they can positively impact others' lives. We can cheer others through success or listen and support them through difficulties. Those difficulties, fear, and discomfort give us courage, leading to growth and strength. We have the opportunity to connect with others around us. Maybe we have climbed a similar path. I believe connection helps power humankind. Feeling less alone in this experience we call life.

I hope to positively impact those around me every day, whether during my career, when I bring ease and trustworthiness to my patients before a procedure, or in the studio, when I bring energy and determination to the clients joining me for "the last eight count."

I aim to continue to learn and make my individualized empowerment guidelines. While encouraging others to write their own, and sharing kindness and understanding through our journeys. Life has enough challenges, so let's support each other and have some fun doing it!

I am honored to join all these empowering women this year, and look forward to learning from them.
