I'm Going To Be is changing that reality by creating New Jersey's first centralized facility where developmentally disabled adults, economically disadvantaged children, and their caregivers can access comprehensive medical, wellness, and educational services under one roof.

Founded by Jennifer Cusmano, who experienced first hand the challenges of coordinating complex care as a single mother, I'm Going To Be represents hope for thousands of families across New Jersey. Our innovative model eliminates barriers to healthcare while building supportive communities where families can heal, grow, and thrive together.
