Story
help us raise funds to help Veterans with PTSD!
Too many Veterans are suffering from PTSD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and are choosing to end their own lives. We often hear the phrase “22 a day,” referring to the number of Veterans that commit suicide daily. Unfortunately, the number is climbing. The most recent statistics show 44 a day.
During their time in service, many Veterans were exposed to trauma like:
In 2017, The Veterans Ranch was formed to end Veteran suicide to help those suffering from PTSD. We assist Veterans and their families through Equine Therapy, a range of treatments involving activities with horses to promote physical and mental health.
Please help us so we can help our Veterans. We're holding a gala to raise awareness and raise funds for our flagship ranch. We've been offering equine therapy through other people's ranches but it's time for The Veterans Ranch to have a headquarters ranch, a beacon of light and safety for Veterans who need our help.
