2026 District Raffle

Use this form to submit payment for the 2026 district conference raffle tickets. As a reminder, please turn in your completed ticket stubs to Katie no later than May 26th to be entered into the drawing!

FIRST PRIZE: Winner gets $8,000 Visa Gift Card + $2000 IRS withholding, seller gets $5,000 Visa Gift card, Club of seller gets $5,000. 

SECOND PRIZE: Winner gets $2,000 Visa Gift Card

THIRD PRIZE: Winner gets $1,000 Visa Gift Card
