I had to hire an assistant part time because I was doing everything myself and training 3 evenings a week and working 2 jobs. It's just too much on me and I don't want to give up on my Workforce Development Program so I'm asking for help so I can keep her because I really need her. Right now I'm paying her out of my salary because we keep getting denied for grants. I know how to write but this grant stuff is different. I'm not trying to give up on this program because I know it can be successful with the right financial support.
