The 2024 Franklin County Veterans Affairs is thrilled to announce the launch of the "Honor our Hero Campaign," a heartfelt initiative designed to pay tribute to our veterans and active-duty military members. This campaign provides a unique opportunity for community members to express their gratitude and support for those who have served our country with valor and dedication. By making a generous donation of $300 to the "Hero Campaign," contributors not only show their unwavering support for our heroes but also receive a special token of appreciation - a window cling designed to proudly display their commitment to our veterans.
Moreover, this campaign offers a profoundly personal way to honor a specific veteran or active-duty member close to your heart. Donors are invited to share a photograph and biography of the individual they wish to recognize, creating a lasting tribute to their courage and sacrifice. These heartfelt biographies and photos will be shared across social media platforms, amplifying the message of respect and appreciation for our military members. Additionally, these tributes will be showcased during the prestigious golf tournament, allowing the community to come together in celebration of our heroes' service and dedication.
The "Honor our Hero Campaign" goes beyond fundraising; it represents a movement to recognize and honor the exceptional contributions of our military personnel. It offers a platform for both individuals and businesses to show their appreciation in a meaningful way, while also supporting the Franklin County Veterans Affairs Outreach. This initiative covers Operation Save-A-Vet, Save-A-Pet, Operation Rucks to Reins, Focus Photography, Military Share, Outdoor Coalition, and our Medical Transport to the VA Clinic and hospital. All our outreach programs are free for veterans as our aim is to support and care for them. We welcome you to join us in this noble endeavor, to pay tribute to our heroes, and to positively impact the lives of those who have sacrificed greatly for our freedom and safety.
