Enjoy a morning of Yoga & Mindfulness at Santa Barbara’s beautiful Shoreline Park on the Mesa. During the final pose, Savasana, participants will enjoy a Sound Bath lead by our Director of Wellness Programs, Karen Lee Stevens. Savasana is meant to help people achieve complete stillness in both the mind and body. A sound bath is a meditative experience where you lie down and soak in waves of sound created by instruments like singing bowls, chimes and drums. Imagine a relaxing bath, but instead of water, you're enveloped in calming vibrations and tones. A sound bath is a chance to de-stress, unwind and let your worries melt away. Our therapy dogs will be on-site to provide snuggles and love during the event. Minimum donation is $25/person - Please bring your own yoga mat and water. Park in area closest to Leadbetter Beach and look for the dogs and purple t-shirts! Funds raised go to support our Wellness Programs in Schools.
