Give pediatric cancer families the support they need during the most critical times

At Gabriella’s Smile Foundation, we don’t wait until disaster or a serious health emergency happens... because cancer IS an immediate and urgent health emergency. For some families it’s an absolute disaster and one they may never recover from.

Gabriella’s Smile Foundation has impacted over 10,000 children and their families since 2016 through our hospital and community support. In 2022, we launched the Children’s Cancer Support Center where families receive support, resources and family care. Each month we welcome dozens of families that visit and are provided with financial assistance, resources along with other needs they may have. With 15.4% of San Antonio area residents living below the poverty line, never has there been a greater sense of urgency to provide these critical services to pediatric cancer families.

Currently we have several programs you can choose to support and sponsor as a community partner.

Our Children's Cancer Support Center is a central location for our families to have access to programs, resources, and support. We serve more 50 families through our support center throughout the year.

Our Hospital Support program includes Gabriella's Gifts for newly diagnosed families as well as toys, blankets and socks during the holidays. In 2024 our hospital reach program impacted over 10,000 children.

The Family Care Program includes parent groups, caregiver events, and a dedicated family support specialist.

Family Community Days allow children and their families to spend time away from treatment and enjoy time together.

Financial Assistance helps families with emergency funding, gift cards for groceries and gas, financial workshops, and more. Our Family Care programinclude our support groups for cancer families and bereaved families impacted by cancer. This also includes a dedicated family support specialist to help families find the support and resources they need.
