DrowsyRoads is a Texas nonprofit working to keep commercial drivers rested, healthy, and safe on the road.

Driver fatigue is a serious and preventable highway-safety concern. Yet many commercial drivers have limited access to practical, easy-to-understand information about their fatigue and sleep-health risks—particularly independent owner-operators who may not have access to employer-based health and safety programs.

DrowsyRoads brings free, private education directly to drivers where they are—truck yards, travel centers, parking areas, and the road. We provide plain-language information about fatigue, sleep health, and conditions such as obstructive sleep apnea, and help drivers understand what screening and professional follow-up may involve.

We are an education and awareness organization, not a medical provider. We don't diagnose or treat. We help drivers understand their risks and connect with appropriate professional resources if they choose to seek care.

Every dollar helps put this free resource in front of more drivers. When a driver recognizes a problem early and gets appropriate care, that can mean a safer driver, a healthier transportation workforce, and safer roads for everyone.
