Calhoun Cleburne Habitat for Humanity is honored to launch this memorial campaign celebrating the life and legacy of Jake Mathews, whose compassion, leadership, and commitment to serving others helped strengthen our community.

In lieu of flowers, gifts made through this campaign will help local families build strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership and critical home repairs.
