I never imagined that NDIA would be suing the federal government. The NDIA Board and I did not make this decision lightly. The Digital Equity Act represents critical progress toward ensuring that more grandmothers can stay safe online, more veterans can access essential telehealth services, and more job seekers are equipped for their next opportunity.
