The Evans Home Historical Society was established to preserve and celebrate the legacy of African Americans activism in the Oberlin community during some of the most chaotic times in American history. The Society operates as a non-profit, and all donations go to supporting the goal of ensuring the history of the Evans family and their contributions to Oberlin and the struggle for Civil Rights is shared with future generations.
