TFit Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to expand access to inclusive fitness, wellness, and adaptive health programming for underserved individuals of all abilities, including individuals with disabilities.

At TFit Foundation, we believe wellness, movement, and community should be accessible to everyone — not just those who can afford it.

Every day, individuals and families face financial, physical, and social barriers that limit access to fitness, recreation, and supportive wellness opportunities. Through inclusive fitness classes, adaptive personal training, and community-based wellness programming, we aim to create a welcoming space where individuals of all abilities can build confidence, improve their health, and feel supported.

TFit Foundation provides inclusive personal training and fitness class opportunities designed to help underserved individuals of all abilities improve their physical health, confidence, mobility, and overall quality of life. Through adaptive personal training, supportive group fitness classes, and community-based wellness programming, participants receive structured guidance in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Programs are designed to help remove barriers to wellness access while encouraging healthier lifestyles, social connection, recreation, and long-term wellness habits for individuals who may otherwise lack access to these opportunities.
