For a dog living on the streets of Paraguay, rescue can mean the difference between another night exposed to hunger, illness, and danger — and finally being safe. At Dr. Dog, we rescue vulnerable dogs and give them what every animal deserves: veterinary care, nutritious food, shelter, recovery, and the opportunity to experience kindness again.

Our shelter in Limpio, Paraguay is currently home to rescued dogs who have survived abandonment, illness, injury, or neglect. Some require weeks or even months of care before they are healthy and strong again. But there are always more dogs waiting for help.

Our Goal: 30 More Second Chances

With this campaign, our goal is to raise $12,000 to help Dr. Dog rescue and care for 30 more dogs in Paraguay.

These funds will help provide the resources needed from the moment a dog is rescued through its recovery, including:

Veterinary evaluations and treatment
Vaccinations and preventive care
Medications and medical supplies
Nutritious food
Flea, tick, and parasite prevention
Safe shelter and daily care
Emergency assistance when a newly rescued dog needs urgent attention

Every dog arrives with different needs. Some may require only routine care, while others may need extensive veterinary treatment and a much longer recovery. Your support helps us be ready for all of them.

Rescue Is More Than Taking a Dog Off the Street

Rescue means making a commitment. It means providing medical care when a dog is sick, food when they are weak, patience when they are frightened, and a safe place where they can begin to trust again. At Dr. Dog, every rescue becomes part of our family while they recover.

You Can Help Create the Next Second Chance

Whether you give $10, $25, $50, $100, or more, your contribution becomes part of a dog's journey from the street to safety. Thirty dogs may seem like a small number compared with the thousands still waiting for help. But for those 30 dogs, it means everything. It means food instead of hunger. Treatment instead of suffering. Safety instead of another night on the street. And, most importantly, it means someone finally chose not to walk away. Help us rescue 30 more dogs in Paraguay. Together, we can give each one the care, dignity, and second chance they deserve.
